We are using this registration method to easily reunite children that may become separated from their families. When this happens, Children sometime become anxious, afraid and unable to identify themselves or provide family information. The wristband we provide can easily be used to reconnect you and your child by using a simple numbering system.
Your personal contact information and the names of your children will only be given to Children's Services personnel. You and your child(ren)will be identified by a number which only Children's Services (and the appropriate authorities) will be able to connect to your personal contact information. This information will be destroyed after the Air Show.
Please fill out the form below, print it, and bring it to the Children's Services/Lost Children tent near the entrance gate. At that time, Children's Services personnel will issue a numbered ID wristband and record the data to be used only in case of separation.
We will be able to record this information the day of the event, but filling out the form beforehand will speed the process greatly!
