Sky Soldiers Return to Chesterfield in 2022; Tickets to June 2022 Air Show On Sale Now
CHESTERFIELD, Mo., Dec. 13, 2021 – Tickets to the June 11-12, 2022, Spirit of St. Louis Air Show & STEM Expo, presented by Boeing, are on sale now, and joining the U.S. Navy Blue Angels will be the Army Aviation Heritage Foundation “Sky Soldiers” in their UH-1H Huey, OH-58 Kiowa, and AH-1F Cobra helicopters.
The Sky Soldiers will offer rides for purchase during select times throughout the weekend of June 11-12, 2022. Details on how to book rides will be released closer to the air show.
The 2022 Spirit of St. Louis Air Show and STEM Expo presented by Boeing is headlined by the U.S. Navy Blue Angels in their made-in-Missouri F/A-18 Super Hornets, and will also feature numerous performing acts, a huge interactive STEM Expo, a static display of aircraft throughout the air show grounds, and Patriots Landing honoring our heroes in uniform.
Announced acts for the air show now include: the U.S. Navy Blue Angels; Skip Stewart; the Phillips 66® Team; the CAF Red Tail Squadron; B-29 “Doc”; B-17 “Yankee Lady”; Matt Younkin in his Beech 30; and the PB4Y-2 Privateer.
The event takes place June 11 -12, 2022 and all tickets for the 2022 event will be sold ONLINE ONLY. More performers will be announced in the coming months.

The Spirit of St. Louis Air Show & STEM Expo is a non-profit organization founded in 2012, restarting the legacy air show previously known as the St. Louis County Fair & Air Show as an independent, volunteer-run organization.

The 2022 Spirit of St. Louis Air Show & STEM Expo will be headlined by the US Navy Blue Angels and is scheduled for June 11-12, 2022 at the Spirit of St. Louis Airport in Chesterfield. In addition to the extensive static ramp and air show performances on both days, the event will feature the large, interactive STEM Expo and the Veteran-honoring Patriots Landing.
