The Boeing EA-18G Growler is a variant of the combat-proven F/A-18F Super Hornet and provides tactical jamming and electronic protection to U.S. military forces and allies around the world. It is the world’s most advanced airborne electronic attack platform and the only one in production today.

Every Boeing EA-18G Growler is made in St. Louis.

“The EA-18G Growler is one of the most advanced aircraft in the world today, and is a key element in protecting our warfighters,” said John Bales, President of the Spirit of St. Louis Air Show committee and Spirit of St. Louis Airport Director. “This is the type of innovation that the St. Louis region is known for, and we are thrilled the Growler will be performing in our event and inspiring the next generation towards STEM careers.”

In addition to the EA-18G Growler and the U.S. Navy Blue Angels, the Spirit of St. Louis Air Show & STEM Expo, presented by Boeing, will feature two P-51s, Skyhawk, Corsair, F-35, Spitfires, Hurricanes, a Mosquito, Skip Stewart, Matt Younkin in his Beech 18, “Yankee Lady” B-17G, B-29 “Doc,” the Phillips 66 Team, the PB4Y-2 Privateer, the US Army Black Daggers and other amazing acts to be announced in the coming months.
